Yuri Romanenkov
Partner
Yuri has over 15 years of consulting experience supporting business leaders and private equity investors. Following a career at Boston Consulting Group, based in London and working across Europe and North America, and a teaching engagement at Harvard, he now combines consulting work with teaching (as Academic Director of a digital strategy programme at London Business School) and researching strategy. His core expertise in both consulting and research is innovative business models, incl. platforms and business ecosystems; and his primary industry experience is in retail, consumer goods, and media. Yuri holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with Excellence from SDA Bocconi, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Justinas Sukys
Partner
Justinas has over 10 years of consulting experience supporting business leaders and private equity investors. Having advised multiple private equity firms through his career, his primary focus has been on strategic and commercial due diligence, and portfolio company value creation (harnessing the power of innovative business models) for European midmarket businesses. Justinas has deep industry experience in retail and consumer goods having supported multiple CEOs of both publicly listed and private Northern European players. In addition to his consulting work, he teaches Strategy and Marketing at the Stockholm School of Economics Riga and other Nordic universities. Justinas holds a BSc in Economics & Business from the Stockholm School of Economics Riga.
Nikita Pusnakovs
Partner
Nikita has over 12 years of experience as both a consultant and an operator. After serving as a commercial leader at L'Oréal, he advised leading retailers and consumer goods players around Europe and the Middle East, including publicly listed, private-equity-backed, and family-owned companies, on strategy. Nikita has completed multiple strategic and commercial due diligences and portfolio value creation programmes, with a focus on commercial excellence, for both large-cap and midmarket private equity funds. In addition to his consulting work, Nikita researches and teaches Strategy, with his work appearing in publications such as Think! by London Business School. He also serves as a Co-Director of a joint course by the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Nikita holds an MBA with Honours from Smurfit Business School at University College Dublin.
